Annie Chinneck received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Dalhousie University and completed her pre-doctoral internship within the London Consortium. She is currently a Candidate Registrant with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. Annie works with adolescents and adults who have dysregulated thoughts, emotions, behaviours, senses of self, and/or relationships. She uses therapies like Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Structured Relapse Prevention (SRP) to treat Borderline Personality Disorder, complex trauma, substance use, and other difficulties such as anxiety and depression. She balances acceptance and change strategies to support her clients and help make their lives more meaningful. Annie strives to be open, validating, and non-judgmental in developing genuine alliances with her clients.
