Bev Fredborg is currently completing her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Ryerson University and is under the supervised practice of Drs. Shari Geller and Shelley McMain. She has completed previous training at the Psychology Training Clinic at St. Michael’s Hospital, McMaster University’s Student Wellness Centre, and at the Borderline Personality Disorder Clinic at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health. Bev integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in her work. She provides a warm, non-judgmental, and sometimes humorous therapeutic environment that emphasizes the understanding of painful emotional experiences to create change. Bev has a special interest in working with clients who struggle with life transitions, grief/loss, shame and trauma experiences.
