In an effort to support our community during these difficult times, our Clinical Associates and Administrative team at the Centre for MindBody Health will be engaging in social distancing as advised by public health authorities. Additionally, effective March 19, 2020 we have conveniently shifted our services to Microsoft Teams for telehealth meetings until the Ontario Ministry of Health deems face-to-face services safe to resume.
Microsoft Teams is a secure, PHIPAA-compliant platform that provides easy access for clients to video conference their sessions. In order to receive telehealth services from CMBH, you will need the following:
- An email account to receive an invitation link to your session,
- A computer/tablet/smart phone with access to stable internet connectivity,
- A quiet and confidential location.
If you are a current client, your CMBH therapist will work with you on how to get set up with Teams. It is very straightforward even for those of us who are not too IT-inclined!
Please be in touch should you wish to pursue telehealth services with us at CMBH.
We wish you well.
