Dr. Natasha Ramzan is a Clinical Psychologist in Supervised Practice with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. She is also a registered Clinical Psychologist with the Health & Care Professions Council in the UK. She completed her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at King’s College London.

During her training, Natasha worked with different clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, couples and older individuals. She focuses on helping adults to manage their emotions, navigating dual-cultural identities, coping with trauma, and addressing relationship issues. She is fluent in English, Urdu/Hindi, Pashto, and has a basic understanding of Punjabi.

Natasha has training in various therapeutic approaches: dialectical behaviour therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, emotion focused therapy for couples and trauma-focused treatments such as cognitive processing therapy and dialectical behaviour therapy prolonged exposure for PTSD.

Natasha creates a safe space to collaboratively explore your early life experiences and the systems that have shaped you. She considers family, institutions, culture, and social norms. She has a keen interest in working with adults dealing with intergenerational trauma, relationship challenges, posttraumatic stress disorder, borderline personality disorder, and those struggling to balance their dual-cultural identity.
