Project Description

Dr. Robertson received her doctorate in clinical psychology from Columbia University in New York and is currently registered as a clinical psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario.  She completed her pre-doctoral training in the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in the Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) Clinic and The Women’s Program and then pursued further post-doctoral training in the BPD Clinic.

Molly has worked in a variety of hospital and community mental health settings throughout New York City and Toronto.  She has extensive training and experience in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamic therapies.  Dr. Roberston provides assessment and treatment to individuals experiencing emotional distress, difficulties regulating emotions, trauma, substance use, impulsive behaviour, depression, and anxiety.  She believes that within the context of a genuine and non-judgmental relationship, therapy can offer an opportunity to explore and accept even the most painful aspects of one’s experience and find new ways to cope, find meaning and move more fluidly and effectively through life.
